Ending our blogging adventures…
Me and Popi just want to thank everyone who has followed our adventures around the city. We, like alot of the people that make San Francisco a unique place are being priced out. Having no place to call home has really taken a toll on me and my popi these last few months and finally we are giving up on trying to stay in the city and making our dream of starting a lil orchid bussiness a reality. The years we have spent in the city (Popi 12, me 3) will always be some of the best times of our lives. But it is time to move on. Because this blog was about a lil bird in a big city, we have decided to end the blog where it is. Frozen in time,a time that we enjoyed so much. Hope that we have touched people in a positive way, we will be leaving the blog up for you to enjoy…. Love always and goodbye P.D.Bird(and Popi)
Me at Ft.Mason checking out these new “art” chairs that they have installed. They are made from invasive eucalyptus trees that were cut down on the Fort. Talk about freecycling! Pretty cool to look at and very nice to relax on.
One day me and fat popi were sunning in Dolores park and saw this lil jam going on near some of my favorite palm tree’s. So we biked on over to listen and it was GOOD, Way to good to just be some random drunk hippies in the park, these guys sounded like pro’s. Well come to find out, these guys are big shit. Check out there awesome song and look for ME and my Popi IN THE VIDEO!!(Thank’s guys!) www.thebrotherscomatose.com
This is one of my more radical feline friends. His name is “Smokey” and he lives at the corner store. Everytime me and Popi go to get some 40’s, he is always raising a fuss, meowing “free Palestine this and free Palestine that”
Skateboarding bulldog seen on market. He can even flip the board over after he crashes!
We have been enjoying this great weather, rode our bikes down this wiggle road and waved at the rice a roni commercials that rode by. We love being tourist in our own town!
This is a throw back picture. This is my very first Christmas picture with santa! Look how darn cute I was.(and how crazy looking and drunk santa was) He said that he was not “allowed” to be a kids santa ,so petco was his only option. Oh santa
Me and Popi have been spending alot of time on the hills over looking the bay. We are trying to find the best spots to watch the America cup races when(if) they happen.
This is the world famous Dynomo Donuts on 24th st. Make sure you stop by sometimes and check them out. Me and my Popi love to get the apple maple glazed with bacon on top donut. Heaven.
